Our entrepreneur journey started with a vision to build something from an idea, a good plan, and a few dollars and led to our creating and selling several successful businesses over our career. We now have a new vision to serve the needs of 21st century business owners.
Looking back, you could say our past businesses could be seen as a book, with a Forward, an Introduction, and several exciting chapters telling the story of our entrepreneurial journey. Some of those chapters could easily be named, Cash Flow Not Flowing, Frozen in Fear, “They did What?” However, through God’s Grace, wonderful support from family and friends, and shear grit and determination, we made it. We overcame difficulties, landed on our feet, and found our next level of success.
The experience made us stronger, wiser, and gave us a mission to serve the needs of business owners as advisors and guides as they move forward through the challenges and opportunities of business ownership. We are driven to help business owners plan for the things that can be controlled and prepare for those that cannot.

Chuck Ross
Chuck brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in manufacturing excellence, process improvement and business development. In his previous position as co-founder and owner of an architectural woodworking firm, Chuck gained first-hand knowledge of what it takes to launch, grow, and determine the best exit strategy to take business owners into the second phase of life. While growing his own business, he accelerated the firm’s value through continuous quality, safety, and environmental systems and procedures, earning several certifications in each area. With personal experience in growing a business from start to finish, as well as value acceleration, Chuck understands the challenges business owners face and knows what it takes to develop and execute practical solutions for financial and personal wellness. Chuck holds a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) certification which is endorsed through the Exit Planning Institute, the premier exit planning program in the world. He also is a Value Max Certified Advisor.
As an avid Cross-Fitter, Chuck loves working out, coaching, and training individuals to become stronger, healthier, and more fit at any age. When he’s not in the gym, you can find him at the golf course enjoying the game he grew up with.
Chuck received his MBA from Ohio University and his BS from Purdue University in Marketing and Management.
Gayle Ross
As a Principal and Founder of Ross Business Solutions, Gayle is dedicated to fully understanding the needs and desires of her clients, working closely with them to achieve their financial goals and pursue their life mission. Her caring heart and incredible passion for helping others sets her apart and aids in finding unique solutions to best fit her clients’ needs.
Gayle’s love and passion for entrepreneurship began in college where she volunteered for the Small Business Development Center helping new business owners craft and implement their business plans. Her professional career includes 15 years as an outside sales consultant in the corporate recognition arena and co-owner of an architectural woodworking business where she concentrated on sales and administration. In addition, Gayle has devoted several years as an instructor of the NxLevel® Entrepreneurs Training Guide, helping business owners reach the next level of success.
Experience in both corporate America and as a small business owner, Gayle knows how to solve big business problems on a small business budget and help business owners build their business with the end in mind.
Growing up on a small farm where she spent an incredible amount of time outdoors and around her horses, she continues to fuel her passions by volunteering at Morning Dove Therapeutic Riding Center, as well as clearing trails at her family farm.
Gayle received her MBA from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business and her BS from Ball State University.
